missing trees

    I bought a package of wonder tree for baharama, the System Discount my Money but no trees or wonder tree. ID#19438660. help please.
    I just realize that the System give me 60 trees for the main land and two sorb trees, but what I really bought was one package for the main land and one for baharama. please help me.

    So what you are saying is , if the game has a glicht we lose our Money and nobady can do anything without the Support Team?, which it take's for ever to answer back. for sure I will contact the Support but this is not right. you may Close this thread( nothing personal Teddy.bear I know that you are doing your best to Support us. thanks.)

    Take a deep breath, please - nobody is losing anything, and it does not take forever to get an answer. Support inquiries are attended in maximum 24 hours, but you should receive an answer a lot sooner than that. Secondly, yes, Forum Teams cannot issue refunds, only the Support teams have the authority and ability to reverse these transactions or accidental purchases. :(

    If and when there is a big general glitch, these matters might be handled by a script, if masses of players are affected, and they cannot be corrected manually in time.

    I will leave the thread open in case you have something to add though - but rest assured that you will be assisted and you will get your trees today.

    I have the same problem - I've bought 2 lots of Baha Wonder trees and they haven't appeared in my inventory, but they have been paid for.
