Missing upgrade

    A few days ago I took away all the stables and prepare for the event. And now when I took the stables out, I noticed that is missing the bat roost red upgrade which I received during G&T. Can somebody check also if something else is missing on my farm or not? Especially on Baha trees and upgrades and my farm? Sorry for the trouble and thank you!

    PS: My rooster too is missing. Can somebody check my account please. Who knows what else I'm missing :(

    Hello bygo_cris, :oops:

    I have checked your logs but there is no record of having a Red Bat Roost - only a yellow one. Also, there are no records of rooster coops :( Do you have more farms by any chance, that could have caused this misunderstanding? Either way, please be so kind and contact Support for this matter, and please make sure you mention where the Rooster and Red Bat came from, and approximately for how long did you have them - hopefully it can be fixed easily.
