    At 141 a.m. I purchased 110 units of water and didn't receive them. Game went wonky and when I refreshed it showed I had purchased the water but it wasn't in my tower. May I have a refund please? Thanks

    You buy a lot of water in one day :p What time would 1:41 AM be in CET time zone? Your post was at 7:59 am CET - was it a few minutes before that?
    Assuming it was, this should be the purchase, so I have refunded the 110 CCs:

    Sorry about that time thing, yes, there is a 6 hr difference with where I live. (1400 CET is 8 a.m. for me) But thank you for refunding that. Thank goodness that was the only time it locked up and booted me out during this event. Normally if I refresh the water will show up but not today:p Now I must get back and try to find some more of those batteries so Willy can join the partyxD
