missing wheel prizes

Please, is there a Mod who will clear my cache?? Pleeeease???
Example of problem: I just spun the wheel 40 times (plus one reg. spin) and won the lighthouse birdstone 3-4 more times (had won it twice before, and placed them on the cloud row and shipwreck bay). Also won several of the other birdstones and skipping and scarecrow givers. Only two of the 3-4 lighthouse ones appeared in my inventory, and one each of the others.
Also, when I harvest, not all the animals are credited.
I have refreshed/reloaded but that hasn't helped.
I have tried to clear the cache once before, but somehow it didn't work right and I lost some perks.
I would really appreciate it if you would help!

Have you checked your "Reward History" to see if the prizes match up with what you have won? If you need your account checked and cache cleared, we need your ID#.

Sorry! ID#53609572 Yes, the reward history was the first thing I checked.

P.S. This is also happening on my parent farm, especially with the uncredited harvested animals. Will clearing the cache fix both farms?

 

I have cleared your user cache from the servers. I can confirm you have only won 4 of the Birdhouse Lighthouses.
