    I just got the last upgrade for the candle wreath, put it on the wreath and am not getting my candle. I have refreshed, cleared the cache and logged out and back in. Still no candle. ID #9698592. Please advise. Thank you for your time.

    Your logs show you did not complete the step in Wreath of Suzy Quest III to get the upgrade. You did get the upgrade in the other 3 quests so your wreath with 3 candles is correct.
