Mission Impunkable CR item not placable

Hi Team,

I have a question:
Yesterday I completed the diamond level of the last task of the FSQ Cuckoo secrets and got the CR. Trying to place the related item on the CR, I am getting the information, that this item is not in my inventory, but when I look into it, it is there and could be placed on the shipwreck bay, but not on the CR.
Can you please help me.. What do I have to do?
I know, I don't have all of the items yet, but never experienced problems placing single items.

Are you trying to place the upgraded item on the cloud row? The EP givers must have I and II combined in order to be placed on the row.
