mod Abruptly Closing General Issues Thread

A thread was posted and without any offer of additional assistance it was prematurely and rudely closed. Thank you for strategically telling me what I can do yet have no concern with assisting me further.

Should I expect how you have responded to me to be regarded as routine now?

If you have a grievance with the FAQ's that are posted, you need to take that up with Support as we will not be debating on the Forum when the FAQ's are posted. We are volunteers and take time out from our Real Lives to get that information to you as soon as we can. Your only complaint was that the FAQ had an earlier date than posted, I do not know why that is such a big deal As stated, we need time to prepare the FAQ's as you know, the EN Team are made up of Volunteers from across the globe and have different time zones as well.

If you have any questions about the Game you would like answered, I am happy to help, if not this thread will be closed.

Respectively, I choose what I "need" to do and be assured if I decide I need Support I'll seek it.

Respectively, no need to attempt and "debate" the obvious and offer excuses for inefficiency and computer illiteracy. Sadly, it's obvious now.

Respectively, one issue at a time is the way players understand getting an answer at all is achieved.

Respectively, if you choose to answer:

• What may players do in this forum in order to make this a better place and hopefully regain lost participation? If indeed you are "happy to help" (and I don't want something for nothing) then perhaps you would be willing to trade the same information about mods? If not, I don't need an answer.

We do it in the open forum with mutual respect, openness, honesty, without cut-throat tactics, without plays on words, and with the common goal of making the En Forum a better place for all. I don't know why accomplishing this simple objective "...is such a big deal "

We have to keep our Moderator accounts anonymous to keep our identities safe ( from hackers etc.). It is not by choice We all try to make and keep this Forum user friendly and informative to keep our players up to date. We are human so therefore we are all prone to err. A simple question is all that is needed to get a clarification on any info posted, yours was not, as suggested alone by your Thread titles.
