Monkey's wont load

    My monkey pen wont load on my plantation and it stops the whole game and I have lost my crops ( they turned to weeds ) been like this for 2 weeks. everything else is fine. please see if you can fix this, Thank You

    Please never wait so long before reporting an issue with your farm - the sooner you let us know, the sooner we can help.

    I have cleared your online cache and your 3 monkey pens have loaded successfully. Please be so kind and try to clear cache on your end, as well as the Flash cache, then try accessing the game again, it should load without problems.

    If you continue to be stuck on this field, please contact our Customer Care Team to have some weeds removed and the monkey stables moved around the island, to see if this will help.
