I have just harvested on Plantation and I did not receive any Monster Brushes, please check and correct. Thank you

I have harvested Jade Cat Eye Bloom just after 12 CEST and at 9:37:17 CEST I have harvested Amber Cat Eye Bloom. The missing Monster Brushes refers to the harvest after 12 CEST. Please check again.

 

I cannot tell which crop you had planted earlier, but you replanted the Lapis Cat Eye Blooms at 09:37:26. They are almost ready, so you could not have harvested any crops since then as no Super-grow had been used on any crops.
The only fields you harvested from 12:06:22 onwards till now has been The Main field, The Rainforest, Green Meadow and Magical Glade.

I can see since I started checking that you have just harvested your Lapis Cat eye Blooms and have now just replanted with Amber Cat Eye Blooms and have received 36 Monster Brushes.

That`s fine...but the issue of Time is still wrong, it says I have contacted you at 11:10, but I did contact you at 12:10, also your replies are at the wrong time...what is happening?
