I bought 2 eerie tree packs too and didn't get anything but night gleam, and apple trees and 1 marshmallow :(
I don't think the other ones were really available did anyone get any new trees??

I got the marshmallow another candle cactus and a sarcophagus. On my other farm I got them all except for the marshmallow. They were very stingy with the new trees.

I purchased one eerie wonder tree and got a Nightgleam (the one tree I didn't need more of). I wonder if they even put the new trees in there? Seems people who bought the pack didn't get a new ones. Might have been nice for BP to inform players if that's actually the case. I'd be curious to know if anyone who bought the eerie wonder trees got a new one.

As for the cat fairy feedings, other than a couple of feedings, most of mine were not very good. 5 reg. mulch, 5 SG, 5 Suzy's, some ccs or EP, that kind of thing. Got a nightgleam tree once (again, the one tree I needed least), but that's about it -- no pens, etc. Kind of disappointing after spending all my saved up mulch and Suzy SGs to move the Oak trees along, only to get my mulch or Suzys back for that one harvest.

ETA: I even had 40 extra shadow mulch at the end, so did a lot more feedings -- all of those were very small rewards.

I did like the graphics, the drop rate, and the relaxing and enjoyable pace of the event, though. :) And I loved having extra time to make other much needed MM crops. Love that we can work toward new MM areas. If the prizes had been better for feedings, it would have had top marks for me.

I got 4 of the Crimson Eye Creepers, 2 Grave Candles, 1 Sarcophagus, and a forest full of Tentacle Willows, Dark Queen's Apples, and Nightgleams, but no Marshmallow Ghost Tree.
I got so many Tentacle Willows that I had enough to put some out, send some to my baby farm, to farm hubby's baby farms, and to a neighbor's baby farm, and I still have 14 in inventory. :wuerg:

From the 45 cat fairies that I fed:
    1,003,125 CC
    580,500 TEP
    67,500 EP
    60 Super Grow
    25 Turbo Mulch
    15 Suzy Super Grow
    13 XL Toolboxes
    4 Party Tickets
    55 Power Feed
    1 Terror bouquet
    1 Nightgleam tree
    1 Slime Monster
    3 Rainbow charms

    Fed 19 Extra Cat Fairies
10 Power Feed, 51k CC, 490,500 TEP, 11 XL Toolboxes, 234k EP, 15 Turbo Mulch, Venus fly feast, 30 Suzy Super Grow, 3 Party tickets and 1 Terror bouquet

I also purchased the Eerie wonder tree pack and of the 30 trees, only 1 was a new one. Tried my luck again with same results. I did get a crimson eye creeper, sarcophagus and the guaranteed grave cactus candle but no marshmallow ghost which was the one I liked the best:pxD

I should have removed my dark firefly stables to give more room for crops and probably should have removed the midnight oaks after the 45 fairies. That space would have been better spent growing what I need to make the creepy willow trees to feed the cat fairies.
With the event, new content, new trees, and gift and trade, I neglected to do some normal farming in a timely manner and some things sat ready for hours before I remembered themxD

Ditto to that! So many fields to do and so little time! but it is all in good fun and although I didn't manage to get any of the Mushroom forest extra fields open, it was through me not being organized ;- it was possible but I ran out of fairy food at the wrong times. I usually get needed supplies from the market to make food, but this is MMania where I Have to supply myself!

I managed to get one extra field open 20 minutes before end of event.. Fed PF to my Fairy Cat houses, the last four rounds,
and SG on the last field of gripping plant, after pulling out many of my trees. I think I went a little mental at the end!??!!!
    8) It became an obsession. o_O It was fun though!! :D Have 4 FC houses and 7 CW trees, not bad. :)

From my tree pack I received 2 cactus candles, and one each of the other three. The bulk of the batch was apples, orbs, and tentacles.

I ended up with three faerie stables and three of the new willow trees. Just before the close of MM I cleared out the event trees and placed the stables as well as extra orb and apple trees on the new patch of land. I need to buy a couple more willow trees to feed the faeries. Then I'll concentrate on opening up the new land. Perhaps they'll have the next opening quests available by the time I complete that goal. One can hope.

Pups I also got too engrossed in Spooky Farming. Several times i forgot to do normal farming lol. I thought i was the only one lol

I was not that lucky when i feed about 50 Cat Fairies in the end, as i had a slight late start to this event as had Issues using Puffin Browser due to me using a Newer Mobile Phone, due to lack of support for Flash Browser 1!!

As i did not get any Rainbow Charms, Nightgleam Trees, Slime Monster Pits as Jackpot Prizes. I did not seem to be as lucky compared to other farmers.

I only Brought 8 Eerie Trees. But i did get a Marshmallow Tree. I am sure Eerie Tree event will come back. As i am going to need the other new rare spooky trees to be able to work on Spooky FSQ.

I did manage to unlock Mushroom Forest Zone 2. Made a start to Mushroom Forest Zone 3. I did get 5 Cat Fairies and 4 Creepy Willow Trees. As i have 304 Creep willow stored in my barn just in case they are needed for Halloween

Thanks Nellie - I've looked at it several times and I have no idea what we need to finish it all! :wuerg:

Going to sit back and let some cleverer (as in anyone but me!) farmer to sort out all the numbers! :music:

Wow!!! I thought the MM event was Busy... I am going for the new trees in the FSQ. That looks more do-able than the Halloween party! Good call on the difficulty rating, BP. o_O

Makes 3 of us then Illy xD
My maths isn't good ...SO i am not even attempting to do the figure work ... Have two accountants in our family that do that for me

Seems we can use water and manure on the event plants

What fertilizers can be used on the crops:

Event plants can only be reduced using Water and Manure.

So am putting out some stables to make manure

Main Objective: Harvest Fairy Dens for the CR. The entire event is on a event field, and only water + manure works.
    2 crop : Venom Bulb (5h) & Moonlight Herbs (6,5h)
    A drop
2 "milled" products: *Grimoire (upgrade of dens) & *Magical Meals (speed up dens)

    • Open up the fields gives us fairy dens. All fields open, gives 3 dens and cost 975 venom bulbs
    • Then the next thing would be to upgrade the fairy dens for more effective harvests. 3 dens needs 3 upgrades, that's 9 Grimores. Each Grimoires need 100 moonlight herbs + 8 drops => 900 moonlight herbs +72 drops.
    • The CR needs 100 steps on the progressbar. One fully upgraded fairy den gives 3 steps, so harvesting all 3, would give 9 steps per harvest. That would be a bit more than 11 harvest. Mind you we already would have harvested a few times before they were all upgraded.
The quests which are a bit more interesting, are a bit of a barn drainer, and need to be completed before the event is over.
In addition to every MM I probably have in my barn (and then some!) it requires 475 venom Bulbs and 725 Moonlight herbs.

This being me posting, there are errors. There always are, I just haven't spotted them yet. Which is why I posted it here and not in a thread of it's own. I got a postcard from my sanity, saying it was enjoying it's new life and wouldn't be back any time soon if ever. I'm all in, nothing to hold be back, EFOCD for the win !!

Nothing really makes sense until we open that field and see how much we have to work with in (1x1s) etc

From the faq : "Every player will start with twenty five 1x1 fields opened to begin growing their seeds)"

But agree, it's always easier once we see and do it :)

Holloween event a very important to remember
no craft buff effect, so no CAC, PJ,also, SG, SSG not workable!

I still not quite understand about the new event, may need to read FAQ serveral times.

There are a total of 150 1x1 plots, we are given the first 25 1x1 plots so we need to open another 125 by growing 440 Venom Bulbs ... am I right?

No comfort fields either - I'm thinking that there is nothing to gain by using 1x1s (for those who have to manually harvest). I believe the output of 4 1x1s is the same as a 2x2. Correct me (please!) if I am wrong.

Continuing on my blind tour of the event, I can see 3 Fairy Dens though the FAQs do state:

"A new Fairy Den is available when unlocking the 1st, 3rd and 5th playfield areas. The areas open in order in an anti-clockwise direction."

So does this mean we are "given" one Fairy Den? o_O

It gets more complicated now as we can, I think in theory, harvest the Fairy Den immediately if we feed them Magic Meals - and we need 100 to get the CR and all its bits and pieces. That equals 5000 Moonlight Herbs and 400 Breaths of Life. If we also want to level them up to get the maximum goodies, that is another 10,000 Moonlight Herbs and 800 Breaths of Life. Plus we need another 725 Venom Bulbs and 725 Moonlight Herbs to complete the FSQ!:wuerg::cry:

Okay, back to the drawing board: worst case scenario, we don't bother with the Magic Meals. 100 Harvested Fairy Dens from (I hope!) 4 Fairy Dens, we need to harvest them 4 or 5 times a day. :music:

Keep it simple, we need 725 of each event plant and whatever else we can get will be a bonus lol! :inlove:

Edit: Just spotted we can get 210 of each event plant from the FSQ ... every little will help! Those spooky trees are worth the effort ... aren't they? 8)

EDIT: I think I might be misleading people cos I have just read something about loottables which advance us along the Progress Bar depending on the level of the Fairy Den. I don't know what these are so not sure if/how they will help us progress quicker.

I may just have to delete this post altogether ... :(
