don't forget you can do the silver levels on 1 thru 3 then level 4 you have to do the silver, gold and diamond to get the fields. you don't have to do everything to get the mushroom fields, then after you get the mushroom fields you can go back and finish the rest of the quests hope this makes sense

 

?? I thought you had to finish those two quests to get the extra fields? I'll have to read more on it, I guess.

ETA: Oh, I see what you're saying. Not sure I can do those quests and the event on one field at the same time. My MM inventory on crops is pretty much nil.

ETA2: Never mind again -- slime monsters req'd in level 1 -- I'm out already.

 

no because you have to do the silvers on the each level to progress on to the next level until you get to level 4 then you have to do all silver and gold to get to diamond to get the fields

 

See my added note above -- first level asks for slime monsters. Don't have it. Just the main field for me.

p.s. Sorry, Marly -- edited my question (once I saw the slime monsters) while you were replying. I was trying to grab it before anyone answered. lol

Since you answered it, I'll add it back in here so there's no confusion: Question was whether we needed to have done previous levels for each category (gold, diamond) before being able to complete level 4 diamond.

After you finish the required Fairy Cat feedings, you can keep going and get more goodies... hence, more berries.

Sun's over the yard arm here too and no work tomorrow so I'm going to enjoy a cold one!

I have a different problem, Jazzy. Do I carry on and try and finish the Swamp Thing FSQ or do I go for the extra space? I have been working for ages on Swampy ... but the prizes are not as good as extra space ... but I do like to finish things ... oh I don't know.

I will work on the event and see what else I can accumulate in the meantime - then (I might) decide, maybe!

Edit: Still haven't got all it takes for the new quests, just don't know what to work towards - could be a few more MMs down the road. Trouble is, the Swamp Thing needs the trees that make the feed for the Slime Monsters AND Slime Monsters so it is an uphill battle.

 

Oh My Goodness! I am so confused and so excited... I'm with Joanc123 - I'm hoping to feed even more kitteh-fairehs because the rewards are good.

I don't see any mention of how or where we access this new mushroom forest area...and if we get part of it opened and then have to do the quests to open the rest, or what exactly. (hence the confusion on my part). And the mansion for the givers? Is that coming down the road...as in next event?

I am hoping to also grow some regular MM crops - first of all because I want to purchase things in Jack's shop (givers for cloud row, etc.)

I looked at the new recipes - the ones we can buy from Jack and the ones that cost BBs. I am, um, not super enthused by any of them...am I missing something? I'll just keep on using CAC and regular buffs - the rest of the farm still needs tending during MM, right?

 

If it were me, illy, I'd go for the extra space -- which will then help you grow more crops later to finish the swamp thing FSQ faster.

For myself, I guess I need to work toward a swamp monster pen and MM trees at some point. Ugh.

Yeah, Jazzy, I know that's the sensible option although, in my defense, those trees and Slime Monsters are so difficult to get (in terms or crop/animal requirements) that they will not be taking up much more space than they do already. Still, extra space is extra space.

We can never have enough space for MM - especially now that we have "this many" (wiggles all my fingers) trees and three stables for MM only - I wondered when BP would figure out that we needed more space to grow crops, too! Last event, I took my stables down to one each slime monster and glowworm. But, now kitteh-fairehs too! And I would really like to have several out at once of each as we need them for the quests, yeesh.

you can get those during the G&T I think on the 20th isn't it? just ask for some of what you need and then keep searching for them too in G&T

 

If the new quests are the only way to get the mushroom forest access then we are looking at trouble. It seems we need 66 cat fairies in step 4 of quest 1. And the stable/home is rewarded after feeding 45 cat fairies. Please tell me I missed something.

 

The stable is a jackpot item...so there's a chance you can get it earlier - or you can spend real money and get it in that super-duper expensive basket.

 

I just read in the general questions that we will be getting a part of the mushroom field to start then you can open more land on it by doing those 2 quests so everyone will be starting off with moonlight field AND mushroom field
