    I thought I had gotten the Moonlight Mania 3 stalk row, however, it is no longer with the rest of my cloud rows. I've tried searching the forums for the FAQ on it so I could figure out whether or not I actually completed whatever was necessary to get it but I can't find anything on it.

    Can you either tell me where the link is to the FAQ or check and see if it should be in my cloud rows?
