Moonlight Mania

Can we get this on A Saturday or the week end? I work late nights so I always miss the event. I might get 2-4 hours but I usually miss it.

 

I usually miss it too neily and on the weekend will be better for me too.
But I don't think there is a day that will be good enough for everyone.

 

i hope also moonlight mania will be on week end but it often is not it will be 1 weak in march but letter is still not out

 

I don't think he's asking for it to be always on weekends, just sometimes. That sounds perfectly reasonable to me. Rather than being great for a few people always, rotate so everyone gets a "chance" at having it convenient.

 

If it was always at Full Moon then it would gradually move through the week and cover all days eventually. I personally would prefer it to always be on a Wednesday but that is just because of RL. I quite often give it a miss or only do a bit. If I can't do much I put out Comfort Fields and put in the longest crop.

 

Lately it is seldom when they bring it on the full moon, and that's because of the busy schedule because of the events they keep bringing every weak, so they choose time in between events and it would be as closest to the full moon, so may be it helps if you can check a lunar calendar, may be it is hard to find 1, but a lot of countries in the Persian gulf still follow lunar calendars, or you can check some news papers on line, that originates in Arabic countries, but in English language, the use the regular and lunar calendar both together, so you can estimate the time that MMM comes and prepare for it, or better, since I have access to this, tomorrow when I go to my office I shall post a thread about full moon times for the rest of the year.

 

Its available a lot more places than that ... anyone who fishes or runs boats at sea needs to track the moon and tides, so its easy to find this information on those types of sites (fishing sports groups, fisheriens management government agencies, etc)

 

The dates for full moon, no moon, and half moon is also listed in my calender, even if it is not a lunar calender I don't know if that is normal in every country, but at least it is here in Norway

 

I have posted about this too I think it should go two days so we get a chance to participate. I have to work. Always miss out.

 

So it's when in Real Life there is a Fullmoon? then they run the Moonlight Mania event. 24 hours?

 

Is there any way we could have a special day where we could buy items in the Market necessary to finish Moonlight Mania quests? With all the quests and the items necessary for feed it is hard to harvest the necessary items especially if you miss a Moonlight Mania day or have limited time to participate.

 

I'd like to see something new in MM. I have the bat and crow roosts and both lots of breeding. The spooky pens and decorations don't really interest me so once I have Terror Bouquet Recipe all I'll probably be interested in is growing the crops for that!

 

It used to be like that but now I think it happens when it is more convenient with the other events...

 

When I saw the highlights for March come out, I looked at my calendar and was disappointed it wasn't on a week end. I will do whatever I can.... and hope to gain some ground on my Moon Light crops. When it comes only once a month it is a bit disappointing not to get the advantage of an entire day. It would be nice if there was some rotation to take advantage of a week end day.

A weekend MM would be awesome. I typically completely miss it or get maybe 2-3 harvests in. I have been trying to unlock the crow for sooooo many months!

 

There is 5 Saturday's this year. April 4, May 3, August 29, Sept 27, and Dec 25 which is a holiday. I am guess this from the Full moons on the Real Life calendar.

I know, right? They have to do something about that. I try for so many months to exchange for breathing bats. If MM will be 1 or 2 times in weekend per years, that's almost same thing... since we have so many events with MM needed.

 

MM falls on the full moon (normally) moving it to the weekend would go againsts this and simply get in the way of other events that tend to run over weekends
