More harvest for your field crops?

    I used a Pumpkin Jam to receive more crops when harvesting but they don't show any difference when harvesting?

    I am using the comfort field so I should receive 16 regular or 20 if I use Suzy Super Grow. So if I consume a Pumpkin Jam (it shows in my bonus slot - diamond) and states more harvest for your field crops +1

    Am I doing something wrong? Did I have to use it before I planted or is it okay as long as it shows that it is being used before I harvest?

    I have a 2nd farm that has the same problem. On it I know that I consumed the Pumpkin Jam before I planted the crops.

    In the Game FAQs it says
    You plant 3 seeds on each, and they will give a triple harvest (15 seeds on a 2x2 plot)
    so if you are getting 16 I would assume that the extra 1 you are getting is from the effect of the pumpkin jam.
