More relationships between neighbors

    We have 23 neighbors and we have the opportunity to "marry" one of them.
    What if we could have more relationships between our neighbors like "sister" or "brother"
    "cousin" ? We could send them a smile (instead of kiss) which will give EP or something else which can give cc.
