    I thought the prize of an upgraded building/workshop from quests included the basic workshop. But it seems I cannot place the Moustache Salon II without building a salon first.

    Please clarify this.

    Hello Terry,

    The Basic workshop is not included in this quest. The Moustache Salon was awarded in the Comic 8 Event. If you did not manage to finish that event, you will need to make one in the Workshop in the City.
