Movie theater?

    Does the movie theater not work at all?

    The first time I tried it, it told me I needed to update my flash. I attempted to update the flash in my normal browser (Chrome) and it said I had the latest version. So then I tried Firefox and got the same message. So then I managed to update flash in IE and now all I get in any of the browsers is that the frame failed to load.

    Any input would be appreciated.

    Please take a screenshot of the page you are seeing when accessing the movie theatre, and post it in this thread so we can have a better understanding of what is going on. You can find instructions in this FAQ. ​

    Thank you for providing the screenshots. :(

    :( It looks like you will not be able to use the Cinema, because it is blocked by our partner, Big Fish Games. For most of our partners the situation is the same, I am sorry.

    But it doesn't work even when I am logged in on this account straight from the Bigpoint website either.

    When I try to load a video when I am logged in on this account through the Bigpoint website, I get the message that there are no new videos available.

    That is a totally different story, and sadly - it is working correctly :( When you see the message that there are no new videos available, it means that no offers are provided for your location at that moment, and you will need to try again later to see if you are luckier, I am sorry.

    *sigh* That is very disappointing. I keep getting the notices about big rewards being available from the movie theater, so it is rather frustrating that I won't be able to enjoy them.

    You are most welcome, and I am sorry you are disappointed. :( The rewards in the movie theatre are movie points - and they can be exchanged for Super grow, CCs or BBs. Keep trying on your Bigpoint account, hopefully you will have offers available soon - fingers crossed for you!
