    I have watched an almost 7 minute advertisement now twice and have not received my reward. Why would I spend a quarter hour of my time doing this and not get anything at the end for it? Please rectify this issue. Thank you. Oh, and it is not the first time this has happened!

    Please be so kind and use the Cinema Issues thread for reporting this, and please provide all the requested details. I am really sorry, but we cannot rectify this, as explained many times before :( once all the needed details are provided, they are forwarded to the Team, collected and escalated to our partners and then removed / fixed, depending on the case. As mentioned in the Community Managers statement, the Team is aware of the inconvenience caused:
