Have watched three movies about the desert and havent been rewarded for these ....there is NO claim reward button

It says this .....View the entire video, then click the "Claim reward" button or if there's no button, the (X) in the upper right corner to get your reward.

I still didnt get my rewards for doing this ...and still have the 13 that I had before watching them

Thank you Decree ...watched another movie to make sure I hadn't missed it ...but there isn't one and clicking on the X doesn't give you the rewards either

 

I was able to click a continue button at the bottom of the screen and that rewarded me. Is it possible you cannot see that portion of the screen and so you're missing the continue button?

You can try following the advice from Decree to see if that helps. If that does not work, you will need to post in Cinema Issues where it will be forwarded to the Game Team as we do not deal with Cinema Issues on the Forum any longer.
