My in-game mailing not working?

How can I test if my in-game mailing is working or not? According to a fellow player, He/She mailed me but I have it not in my inbox!

I am afraid the problem is not with your inbox, but with the difference between your Forum name and Farm username. If a player sends you a message to "farhana", you will not receive it. If it's sent to "farhanas", you will receive it without problems.

I don't know where is the problem, but if it is what you said can I get back to farhanas? And can you send me a test mail?

If you have received messages before, there is no problem with your inbox. For a test mail however, you will have to contact Support , or write to one of your friends and wait for them to reply. Unfortunately it is not possible to change your Forum name, so please try to clarify your username when posting (as it is already included in your signature) and ask the player who tried to send you the message if they used the correct name - it should be still in their Outbox so the username it was sent to can be double checked.
