My park has turned into a praire

    Hi, I went to my park and found out 3/4 of it has turned into plants! All my items that were sitting there are missing and I missed out on harvesting my double Ep . Could you please check and find out what is wrong? I rebooted, cleaned my java cache but problem still persist. Help!

    Hello damdari,

    Did you have a premium membership that has expired? After a premium membership has expired, your park will revert back to the original state before a membership was bought. If you do not plan on getting another premium membership, you will need to open each area of the park with CC's.
    All your decorations would have gone back to your inventory.

    Thank you so much shooger sweet, that was indeed the case , I wish we could get a reminder when the membership is about to expire!!!
    I am happy to report I found the items in my inventory and have set them up once again. Thank you very much for your help you may close.:D
