My player rights are being violated

    The support team refuses to help me. I verified that my player account belongs to me. I lost my passwords. But they are not helping me. They are not responding to the tickets I sent. Who should I contact about this issue?

    Bear in mind that they may not have been working over the traditional New Year shut-down period. Most businesses commenced back at work on the 4th of January. Give it a bit more time and they will respond.
