negative number of bananas

    On the island, I have -28 golden bananas. How can that be? Can anybody help me and correct that?

    Before the last level-up, I even had -33 or so golden bananas. I am quite frustrated. Does that mean I have to level up 6 times to get even? This is quite frustrating.

    There was a mix up and extra golden bananas were credited to many accounts by mistake. There was an announcement to not spend them as that would put you in the negative when the script to correct it was run. Unfortunately many players did not know that and spent the bananas so it has left them in the negative:(:(:cry::cry:

    Hi ms.bonus

    As announced in Extra Golden Bananas, this was due to a bug with the top 1000 booking. When you had the extra bananas you must have used some to unlock features, so hence when they were removed you now have a negative balance.
    Yes you will need to level up 6 times to get into positive numbers, but on the plus side you now have access to something you previously had insufficient GBs to unlock.

    Ok, thanks, I didn't realize that, because I am a rare visitor to these forums here.

    OTOH: You could have been a bit more generous and just leave the "free" bananas where they are... :)

    As it was such a large number of players affected, some with more than 100 GBs, it wouldn't have been fair to leave the "free" GBs.
