Neighbor level ups

    When a neighbor levels up, we receive the starburst on our neighborhood list letting us know they have leveled up. I always send a note of congratulations when I collect the EP. I have one neighbor who regularly has a starburst on her name but is not a true level up. Now, today, there is another neighbor who had a starburst around her name appear this morning but confirms she did not level up.

    Why do I get 'false' starbursts? It also makes me wonder if a neighbor may level up and I am not getting correct notification. I hope I haven't missed any neighbors leveling up. I would hate for them to think I did not celebrate their accomplishment.

    I keep all programs up to date, as well as cleared browser history and cache.

    Would you please advise what is happening on my farm?

    This is a known issue that happens form time to time, so far there has been no fix anounced for this. Once a solution is found it will be posted in Tech Announcements

    Ok, glad the issue is known and not specific to my farm. Hopefully, someday it will be fixed. I will watch for the Announcements. Thank you for letting me know. Nothing else needed at this time.
