Neighbor need HELP

    one of my neighbors IGM me that she can not get to the forum and can not donate her sails.
    She can get IGM. Her name is Cardal and her ID# is 9570570. Can someone please try to help her. Thank you very much.

    Hello blessedlady2 :(

    Your neighbour will need to contact our Customer Care Team from the Support link at the bottom of the farm for assistance with this matter - we are not able to do anything unless she requests our help, I am really sorry. However, as general advice - your neighbour should check if she doesn't have the Sail shops on the fields :p They need to be deleted and in the inventory in order to donate them.
