    This isn't anything urgent, I have just been curious for quite some time. When I receive a request from someone saying they want to be my neighbor, is that random? Or do they have to specifically send a request to you?

    It has to be sent from someone asking to be your Neighbour. It may be someone who has picked your name out from the forum. If it is someone you don't know, you do not have to accept them.

    No thanks. That is what I thought but wanted to be sure. Please have a piece of homemade banana pie:):) ( made with regular not Golden bananas!)xDxD
