    This may sound like a dumb question, but I cannot find the answer, is a friend the same thing as a neighbor? If not how do you know which people in your list are your neighbors? I want to make sure I am alterating my gifting correctly daily.

    It isn't a dumb question. A neighbour will appear in your right bar [​IMG] You will receive EP when you congratulate a neighbour for levelling up.

    Your buddies can be gifted or sent IGM from the Post Office.

    How do we know when they level up? How will they get EP when we buy stuff with real money?

    Hello sebe96.

    The Yellow Star[​IMG] indicates a neighbour has levelled up. When you click on their avatar and then the 'person' icon you will receive EP.
