    Good evening Mods,

    Apologies in advance for the double post, I have just seen @sanddollar15 post on this topic, and I must add that it might be a good idea to mention this to the game team.
    I don't know the game ID but my sister started playing in December 2021 for two weeks only, and she is on level 45. Since early January she has not come back to the game at all, it has been nearly 3 months of no login and her thermometer on my farm has always shown full green; so there might be a glitch going on. Just trying to help, please close thread.
