neighbours gifts

good morning here i am again lol.
i still have issues with the neigbours i do get their messages now gladly,but one neighbour told me he send me 4 times this week a gift but i never receive them still only from my mentor.
so i really hope you can fix this,cuz i was thinking i don't got nice neigbours ,but they are really nice only i don't receive their gifts or i do something totally wrong that i don't see it.
