Neon Stable Event January 2016

Do we only get one Love Lock per breeding cycle? If we need 340 locks, that is 680 PF to complete the event and get the 2 rows and givers. Even with the 62 we get back as prizes, we still need 618 PF.

There is no indication that we will get more than one per breed.

 

I didn't think so but still thought it worth double checking.

The giver items in the Neon Shop can be purchased multiple times, indeed, and only the cloud row can be purchased once. I will update the FAQ to mention this as well.

As for the Love locks, you get only one, guaranteed, from each breeding process, regardless of the animal you are breeding.

It's definitely a bit confusing...it's mentioned twice, but it's not very clear.

"*Collect your Love Locks then visit the Shop to get more Neon Deco items and a 2nd Cloud row!"

This quote appears to show that the shop for the second cloud row is open from the start as the only requirement is Love Locks.

"After completing all 3 sides, you get access to the last step! Donate Love Locks to get some gifts."

This quote also appears, but given where it is in the FAQ I believe it only refers to the first portion.

This is my interpretation. There are two love lock components. The first is part of the actual donating event. Complete the three animal donations, and then donate love locks to get the CR and duplicate givers. The second part is an independent shop which allows you to buy the original neon animals and CR.

So it seems to me the shop is open the entire event.

 

It is a lot of power-feed, but I like the fact they have structured the event so that we don't need to worry about the second part if we don't want to.

I got the neon stables in the last event and I find them very useful. So I will definitely get the neon stables for the 3 animals, and I will probably also get the 1st cloud row too. But I don't think the 2nd cloud row is anything special so I would rather use my pf for other breeding quests.

 

kingros, the good thing is that we get the locks from breeding all animals So if you want to breed for other breeding quests, you can still collect locks and exchange them in the shop

That's exactly what it seems.

 

guys from part 4 you only need the cloud row as you get the pices finshing part 1 2 and 3 so that's 80 locks so 160pf and 26.6 breading cicales of the animals so for me I'm doing the 80 during the baby boom and hope that I don't need more

Using basic will save on PF I am sure.

BatsWill have to wait..... as the odds of me making a neon anytime soon are a bit thin lol. I have to go for them
Now to see if I can gather a few 1x2's neon's they be cute.

edit to add:
pink jelly and a PPP standard use in breeding, but would the artisan things do anything as a eggnog or valentine pot?

 

pinkie pie can be used on top of the other items, it increases the length of all givers that are active.

 

I haven't made up my mind about this event yet.
I will for sure go for the neon stables - not sure about the first CR... lets see how bad my FOCD will flower (and if any smart farmer will persuade me)...I already got 252 GB collecting dust, so they are not really tempting to me....not expecting the reef in the near future either..
I will definitely NOT go for the second CR. I don't really like 12 hours cloud rows and the second gives no CCs. I will take the items that my Love locks allow me to....if any

Woody it's already announced What we need is the baby boom now. I am expecting it...in fact I will be soooo disappointed if not..

 

Since the original quote only suggested Pink Jelly and Pinkie Pie Pie. It is far more costly to use a Pink Jelly and Pinkie Pie Pie. For the cost of one Pinkie Pie Pie on one servers most people could buy 5-10 Pink Jelly and since a Pinkie Pie Pie only extends the time by 30%, at the very least a second Pink Jelly will double the time at 1/5th the cost. I can also make a case that if one were to be using a Pink Jelly, than a Pinkie Pie Pie would not be effective, even if other buffs were being used.

ah, OK. I regularly use both, but its the extension of all the products together that make it worthwhile for me.
