    The Event FAQ says that we will be able to build extra neon upgrades in the workshop. There is no neon upgrade available in my workshop at this time. When will they be available. You may close after answering. Thank you.

    The Neon upgrades should have been available. Hopefully we will not have to wait too long for them to be added.
