    I am trying to donate to the disaster, but whenever I go to the 'buy' button on the news page it takes me to a website. Please help!!!!

    Hi teddy
    Yes I have and I got the same problem, as soon as I hit the buy button on my paypal account nothing happens. I have bought both BB and the Nepal package on my other farm yesterday and there was no problem. Please help, and before you suggest, I have reported to support but not had a reply back yet. This is sooo frustrating
    As a matter of fact I have just bought a small amount of BB on my other farm and that went through ok, but when I try the same here nothing happens... so it is not my paypal account it has got to be me! I am cursed :wuerg::oops::p

    Could you please try a different browser as well? Also, could you try logging into your PayPal account before proceeding with the transaction, to see if this makes a difference?

    Hello pickles60 :(

    Are you able to select a different payment method? Does the same thing occur? Is there any icon showing that a pop-up was blocked? I am not completely sure at what step are you stuck exactly:( . Please make sure you clear your browser cache, cookies and Flash cache as well, if you haven't already.

    I done all of that, but yes it worked with my bank card :) but I am concerned that paypal is not working on this farm:oops:

    Hi pickles60

    It may be that the link to paypal has somehow become corrupt. If you login to you PayPal account, under Payment preferences there is an area called Pre-approved payments. You should see Bigpoint listed there. If you delete it, next time you make a purchase through Farmerama you should get the option to re-enter the details again and re-link your account.
