FAQ Nest-building Buddies

Reminder! All the info in this FAQ was correct at the time of testing. Some info could get changed when going LIVE, the FAQ will be updated as soon as possible with correct information, so thank you for your patience and understanding, and don't forget to refresh every now and then to check for updated info (particularly translation of names).

From level 3. Level 10 required to finish Event.

* How can I access the event?

You can access the event from the news page,event timer and the event building:

* What is special about this event?

​

• There will be a special event crop:

Rhododendron

Time: 5 hours
Gives (2x2): 200 EP
Plantable on the Main field only

Every player will get 10 seeds at the beginning of the event. If you drop under 5 plants the system will check every 5 hours and replenish up to 5 seeds.

• There is a special seed:

Parrot's-nest Fern

Note: Only seeds won from the spawning Chamois can be planted on your field.

Time: 6 hours
Gives (2x2): 240 TEP
Plantable on the Bahamarama Rainforest only!

Once harvested, the seeds reward Parrot Nests (same revenue amounts as with regular plants), that are then able to be donated to the spawning Parrots:


Note: The harvested plants cannot be replanted, to receive more seeds to plant, you need to feed more spawning Chamois!

• There will be a special drop:

Beard Lichen

You will get these drops when harvesting your Main field from:
crops: high drop rate
trees: medium drop rate
stables and workshops: low drop rate

• There will be a special Mill product:

Mountaineer Snack

Ingredients: 346 x Rhododendrons, 22 x Beard Lichens
Time: 15 seconds
can be produced in the main and tropical mills - Events feed tab!

This product will be used for feeding the Spawning Chamois!

* How can I get more drops?

• The Beard Lichen can be gifted to/from neighbours and friends, for free as long as it is one of you 5-7 free daily gifts, or for the same price as in the shopping center, each after. You can receive up to 20 gifts per day.
• You can buy drops in bulk from the Shopping Centre (see below)
• If you have a Magic tree it will reward 1 x Beard Lichen during this event.

* Is there anything else I should know?

Yes! There are 2 special Spawning Characters:

You will have to use the Rhododendron crops and Beard Lichen drops to craft in the Mill, the Mountaineer Snacks. You will need to use these to feed the Spawning Chamois that will pop up on your Main field.
As a reward for your Mountaineer Snack, each Chamois will reward you a certain number of Parrot's-nest Fern seeds!

You will have to grow the Parrot's-nest Fern seeds and once harvested, collect the Parrot Nest revenue. You will need to use 50 Parrot Nests to feed the Spawning Parrots that will pop up on your Bahamarama Rainforest.
As a reward for your 50 Parrot Nests, each Parrot will reward you a special reward - a pop-up will inform you of your prize!​

Please note: up to 4 Chamois and 4 Parrots at a time will appear on the Main field/Bahamarama Rainforest. After feeding them the Mountaineer Snacks or Parrot Nests and collecting the reward, more Characters will appear. After completing the event progress bar, the event is not over! You can craft more Mountaineer Snacks and Parrot Nests and collect more rewards from the Characters.​

The Spawning Characters are spawning very quickly, you do not need to wait minutes or hours.​

​

The progress of the event is registered automatically, you do not need to donate anything. As soon as you feed Mountaineer Snacks to the Chamois and Parrot Nests to the Parrots, the progress is added to the corresponding event counter.​

If you want to turn off the Spawning Characters, uncheck the check mark. You can turn them on again, at any time.

* What special items are offered as prizes?

Each Chamois that receives a Mountaineer Snack from you will give you a random amount of Parrot's-nest Fern seeds.
This is what you can get (randomly) from the Chamois:​

* Can I use BBs to advance in the event?

Not really, you can buy crops, drops and mill products from the Event Baskets or buy drops in bulk from the shopping center.​

All the leftover goods will be exchanged after the event:​

• 1 Rhododendron = 6 EP + 4 CC;
• 1 Parrot's-nest Fern = 4 EP + 5 CC + 4 TEP;
• 1 Beard Lichen = 29 EP + 20 CC;
• 1 Parrot Nest = 4 EP + 5 CC + 4 TEP;
• 1 Mountaineer Snack = 1355 EP + 1807 CC + 1355 TEP.
