    There is no mistaking who Freddy takes after. White winter legs, they probably thought " who is this strange person, not our mum for sure!"

    BLZ Boris and Elsa went straight to the feed in field shelter that I had just put out... Just shows how they are so chilled... I'm hungry or I'm staying put! ;)

    Great pictures and video! Yes indeed , the apple (Freddy) does not fall far from the tree!;) Hector!
    But Hector was a thinker too...he kept thinking what trouble can I get into next!xDxD

    Love the photos and video!:inlove: Freddie, like many small children, likes to play in the water. I remember excitedly jumping through mud puddles on my way home after school - to the despair of my mom. xD

    BTW, I think I often miss questions. If I have and you have one that you really would like answering, just nudge me, and I will try my best to answer but please don't take it to heart that I am ignoring anyone... It's often the last I see that I answer, as I have a memory like a goldfish! ;)

    Freddy today, trying to be the bravest, those scary white legs - he plucked up the courage!!! :)

    Don't laugh at Hector, I have found a horse sunscreen muzzle and I'm trying it out on him to see if it work better than sun cream.

    He tried everything to get it off but he seems happy (ish) with it now. Time will tell if he finds a way to get it off!

    I am sure Hector is NOT a happy camper right now! Even if it does work I am sure most of your herd would not be happy with that on their face/nose! The loop on the left seems to be a bit higher than the right side I hope it is not in the way of his vision!:p

    Don't worry Sand he can see and it's got a very comfy nose band too. I've readjusted it since he fiddled with it. Reindeer are more like dogs in their response, than horses - i.e. they use their front hooves to paw at their faces.

    He hasn't got this on because I like dressing up my animals but white noses are very prone to cancers on grazing animals, especially when reindeer shed their heavy winter coats. This afternoon he seemed very relaxed with it and our temperatures reached an un-seasonal 30oC! Better safe than sorry.

    Belle still has her baby coat, so isn't a worry this year and Elsa, Lexi & Freya haven't moulted out much of their Winter facial hair yet - hence trying out a mask on Hector...
    Knowing UK, this may be the only hot spell we have all year!

    Awwwww...all 4 babies together - how sweet they look! Have Tigga and Jeeves sort of bonded? They always seem to be together.....

    Lilly Pink. Your are so correct.. Tigga & Jeeves are very close but guessing a day apart in age has given them this bond...

    Must admit that I am slightly concerned about Jeeves (he's on close watch) as he joins the "nursery group" but his mother isn't allowed to... He isn't honking that he is hungry & mother isn't distressed (and he is grazing/browsing) although he seems happy, his mother is rarely close.
    BUT I wouldn't be happy unless I was stressing! ;)

    Baby reindeer checks can be fun when they are hiding!

    Lovely hiding picture of Tigga, such nice green grass and buttercups! I bet it is cool for her to be there!
    As for Jeeves, did Ana do the same thing with Freya (she is her mother right?!) Will another mother let him nurse? I don't know how those things work! lol
