She was so tiny at almost a year old! She has done well and is beautiful! This is definitely your calling:)

Wow! How did she ever survive? Mischa sure was tiny. Were you afraid something was wrong with her? Your pictures are just beautiful.

Lottidah If I had had homebreds before, then I think I would have been VERY worried but the other (wild bred) that I purchased at the same time were only slightly bigger and Mischa always had character (mischievous) so wasn't worried about her... The reindeer "farm" that imported her had MANY different barns (they keep theirs in in Winter), according to age.... Mischa would be in a different barn every morning... They didn't know how??? Houdini... but she was seen eventually rolling under her gate... ignoring grass paddocks but rolling under another gate into another barn to join other groups!!

I don't know if I a being a NUMPTY but I can't post the pictures that I am trying to so may try editing tomorrow!! :( They won't paste tonight (or it might b me!!!) :(

We had a Shetland pony when I was little that was also a Houdini! I don't know if anyone ever figured out how he got out! He didn't get out to visit any other pony but went straight for the feed! LOL

Remembered why I couldn't post picture of Boris and Twig etc as babies - because they were directly from computer not on their FB page. Just been back way in time through FB but no appropriate photo's for the rest as babies, but found this (among other sillies) that I don't think you have seen...
Weather here has been piddling down for weeks so no good photos recently!
Tiny Boris teeth (none on the top jaw just a pad of skin)

Another wet horrible day here.... Still not sure if it has been a good day or a bad one.... :(
Spent the day re-inputting data that I lost in a computer crash)!!!
3 years worth of health data, i.e. worming, inoculations, illnesses, drugs used etc.. am now cross eyed BUT a job needed... still putting off tax returns though!
Good that this is done but a major.....

At least you had the information somewhere! Have you considered an external portable hard drive to back things up on? Portable so it can be disconnected from your computer and placed somewhere safe. Maybe a fire rated safe! Do keep those hard copies safe as well.

    :)

Noelle, I had a plug in back up thingy but for some reason it hadn't backed up everything, even though I kept backing up when old computer repeatedly crashed... I lost all of the pictures of my herd for 12 months too BUT it had older stuff on (Lost paperwork and Lotte and Hector for their first 3 months - that's what hurts most!!! :( )

Brooke I can copy it from here or FB but they're only in Low Definition :( As you can imagine I had hundreds of them as little babies!

How very heartbreaking to lose photos in the computer! Is there any possibility that you can take it for service and see if they can recover them? We had a computer that 'died' and thought all was lost but those tech wizards were able to recover all my files. I cried when I thought they were gone and again when they were found.

Please try what Pnp has suggested. The company I work for had a server crash, and much of the data was recovered by a data retrieval company. The price is a bit steep, but your records are priceless!:)

I might after Christmas once our "mad" season is over - the dead computer is in "month balls" at the moment, so hopefully it can be interrogated later!
My today's stress is that their FB page won't let me post photo updates today - after a week of solid rain, finally got loads of super photos. FB will let me post on my personal page but not on their page and I can't share with them either.
Haven't tried this before, as never needed to but will try a silly off my own page to see if it works! :(
