New Cloud row missing

I just bought the new winter wonderland pack with BB. The FAQs say it is to include the cloud row and the 3 items. The BB have been deducted. The cloud row shows, but with market baskets indicating I have to pay more .

I refreshed, etc.

Also, my mill is not working now.

if you purchased it, you should be able to load the deco items on the clouds......The sale sign/shopping cart will probably stay up there until the sale ends (it was like this at previous sales). Then it should display itself in all its beauty.....

P.S. Maybe it would be a nice challenge for the developers to make the sale signs disappear as soon as the item is purchased.....

 

No, I tried. When I try to load them, it sends me to the market.

I am so sorry, I wrote the reply a while ago and it looks like I didn't hit post. I have placed your items on the cloud without problems, you can now activate it whenever you wish! The only explanation is that you could have clicked too close on the plus sign Otherwise the inventory should have opened.

Could you please let us know what isn't working well regarding your mill?

Per the mill -- I tried to run it while running my Baha mill and it did the old "stop and don't work" deal. I was able to start it just now. If that problem appears again, I will re-post.
