    I placed my three items on the new cloud row and it immediately showed the activated state yet I did not get any benefit from it.
    Kindly look into this, as I might have been robbed of valuable BEPs...

    Hello Bhodho, :oops:

    There doesn't seem to be any problem with the row, but you might want to clear your cache - there was a short time bug when the event began, and it awarded EP instead of Baha-EP upon activation. This has been fixed though.

    For the lost Baha-EP, please be so kind and contact Support.
