    I only see one question about this problem from arrq, are we supposed to refresh every time a CR is ready to be harvested? My bars just stay blank until I refresh then they will let me harvest. Just wondering.......:p:p:p:p:p:p

    I apologize for not replying sooner but yes, there may be something else. Am I going crazy :eek::eek: or am I missing some Cloud Rows? It just seems like there should be more but I am totally confused with this new setup because some of them don't seem to be where they used to be and the coloring iso_Oo_O confusing for my brain to figure it out. Please check to see if I am missing any. Thanks:inlove:
    UPDATE: I am def missing CR's. Some that I can tell is the 4 hr that gives 3 floral wires, one that reduces ep givers times, workshop reduction, xtra bonus for trees and crops in baha etc. so someone needs to check it out. I will wait for a couple of hrs and then head off to support bc this is just another ridiculous glitch in a "new improvement">:(>:( Yes that is me grrrring-.-

    You will find the cloud rows in their respective categories. The floral wire under "item", workshop reduction will be under "animals" and the tree EP under "trees/crops". The deco reduction will be under "other".

    If you still have trouble, you are welcome to contact Support to see if they can track down any strays.

    I am sooooo confused on this new way to do these CR's. Are you saying that we HAVE to click on that cr image on the upper left hand side of the screen in order to access our CRs. We can't just see them all like the good old fashioned way a week ago? Why the change and is there a place in the forum that explains how to work this new way because I surely missed the "how to" instructions. Sorry for being aaggravated

    If you click on the pics on the left, you can see the categories that the rows have been divided into. If you click on the "cloud picture", it lists all rows that you have.
    Choosing from the categories is easier when you want to find/harvest a particular row. Here is a brief description of the cloud harvester as we have it.
