New Cloud Row

I have a question about the CR we receive from this event. It states it increases drops for 2 hrs. Does this increase also apply to event drops??

From FAQ: Cloud row will increase tool drops so it will not impact event drops.

Requires 3 of the event items and any one 2x2 deco item

I thought the other CR, Comic #8 increased the chance of event drops so I was thinking maybe this one did too.

 

Comic #8 Cloud Row also increases tool drops and has no impact on event drops.
