new computer

I have been playing Farmerama for over 10years now. I recently purchased a new laptop and I am unable to find a link to download so I can play on my new computer. Could you please assist me?

You can type farmerama.com in your web browser. Once you log in on your browser, you can play as usual or click to download the Standalone Client.

I have tried doing that. It brings up the old login screen from before when we used flash. I tried to login in to see if it world let me download the standalone client and it says it does not recognize any account with my user name or password. Is there another way to access my account?

 

The landing page for the Game is the same as before, you just no longer need Flash to play.
Can you access the Game on your browser? You can close the news page for the Standalone Client by clicking on the x. Make sure that you are typing the correct username.
If you are still unable to access your account. Please provide a little more info, did you log into Farmerama.com direct or through a third party? Which platform are you playing on and what browsers have you tried to login with?

I have tried several ways to login. I cannot get past the sign in page it keeps showing that no account exists with this user name and password(I am typing in correct user name and password). I've tried to login directly and through a third party nothing is working. I was playing on the Stand Alone platform. My new computer has windows 11. I'd hate to give up my longest playing game because of a glitch. My old computer is almost dead which is why I bought a new one. Any help you can give will be appreciated.

 

I meant, did you always log in through Farmerama.com address directly or a third party like BigFish? Where are you entering your account details on the landing page? At the top of the page or in the box under the scarecrow.
As the username and password are case-sensitive, please double check that you are typing in the information correctly.
Do you have only 1 account with Farmerama?

You will need to be able to log in on the Landing page before the Farmerama screen comes up and you are able to download the Standalone Client.

Today I tried one final time to log in with my new computer I don't think I did anything I hadn't tried before but it finally allowed me to download the stand alone client and play on my new computer. Thank you so much for the help and support you gave me. You may close.
