new Greenland (bahamarama) trees missing

    Good morning. Yesterday I bought 8 Uele and 8 Greenland trees. I planted the 8 trees on the main farm and I could see the other trees in my inventory but I didn't plant them right away as I was waiting for some crops to ripen. This morning, all 8 of the Greenland trees were missing when I was ready to plant them. I cleared my cache and etc. but alas, they are completely missing. Based on the other posts, it seems that there is a bug.

    I apologise for the late reply. I have checked your BB transactions, as well as the harvested wonder tree logs, and it looks like you have been charged for 8 main land wonder trees and no tropical wonder trees, and you have successfully harvested all 8 of them.

    If you would like to see the transaction logs as well as the results for each tree, please be so kind and let me know, and with your approval, I will post them right away. If the Baha Wonder trees transaction failed, and you still want to get them, I will have to ask you to contact our Customer Care Team to discuss a solution for this, because we are unable to help you with this via the Forum.

    Also, is there anything else I can assist you with?
