new Neighbour not getting gifts or igms

    I have a new neighbour, -edit- , I have sent her two Honey Bananna jams and also igm'd her. Shas not got either of the gifts or igms. Please can you look into it..... My farm id is 45814920. Thankyou

    I have now sent her a CAC which she did get, but she is still not getting igm,s from me

    Some days on now and no reply, however, this neighbour has now had an igm from me so I shall assume that things are now 'fixed' ... you may close the thread

    Not a mod, but are you sure she knows where to look? Or, if not speaking your language, that she understands what you are asking? Also, when you IGM are you using the neighbor drop down? (if not, maybe you misspelled the name , since a lot are similar?)

    Thank you for your advise woody, but indeed, there is a problem with this case. Your neighbour will need to contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible and this issue will be fixed for her, kmellish. In the mean time, I can confirm that the gifts are not lost and reach her account without problems :) But since you did receive an IGM, I hope this issue was taken care of already.

    Thanks Teddy, I always struggle with the rules on when to edit posts, or reply, but I edited my original post twice and can confirm that the neighbour is now getting igm's and is happy with her gifts...Please accept one huge lorry load of chocolate eclairs, drizzled with amoretto cream by way of a thank you ..... and the lorry driver is also happy to help cleaning up the crumbs when you are finished. You may close...all are happy :inlove:
