    Hello. I am trying to purchase the new pet and it keeps telling me that unfortunately the transaction could not be executed and to try again later. I have tried many times. I even logged out and came back in and tried again and it still would not work. I am using the same payment method that I use for all my purchases on here. I am in Canada and when I hover over the pet it converts the price to CAD so surely the problems has nothing to do with the country I am in. I would appreciate it if someone would please look into this as time is running out (4 HRs) and I would really like to have the new little pet. Thank you.

    Hi Icekrystalin.

    Unfortunately, forum staff cannot do anything about payment issues. If clearing your cache doesn't help, contact financial support, using the link in your bank.
