New Temple Trees and Seal Pool.

    I opened all the items in the temple and am not able to buy the Monster Fruit and the Java Apple Trees, also the Seal Pool is nowhere to be found. Checked: they have been bought. Could you please be so kind and let me know what happened there. I know you are terribly busy - strength - . Thank you for your help.

    Hello ortrud_oc:)

    If you opened all items in the temple with Golden Bananas but still not able to purchase them in the shop, please try to refresh to jump start you game again. Did that fix the problem?

    I forgot my ID. 19295018

    I do not know what jump start is. I have logged in and out, repeatedly. I will close the PC down and start again. I bought everything in the temple and checked again. Thank you for you patience.



    I restarted the PC, I rebooted the PC. Checked in the temple again - I only get the message "Uh oh, you already unlocked this statue". But the trees and seal are still not in the shopping basket. Could you please advise me what to do.

    Hello ortrud_oc:)

    Have you cleared your flash cache and your browser?

    When you are trying the red shopping basket, are you on Baha? That may sound like a silly question, but you cannot purchase tropical items from the main land shopping basket.

    Mea Culpa. Eureka!!!!! You are a moderator - worth your weight in gold. Must be awful to think what your "player" is thinking and doing. And - wow - you come up with the right answer. I must have been asleep today - you had a hard and strenuous day on the farm and helping to kick-start all the various events. Well eventually we got there. Thank you very, very much. I do not wish you any more "difficult" customers today. Thank you
