New terms and conditions - Pushing between accounts of different users

Conditions say:
"Ban on pushing and boosting

• The new GTC explicitly state that pushing and boosting is prohibited not only between accounts of the same users, but also between accounts of different users. This is stipulated in the interests of fairness and game enjoyment for all."

Pushing and boosting between accounts of different users?
Will this affect the SOS drops?

 

There's no reason it should affect the SOS drop thread.
This rule isn't designed to stop people gifting each other drops, or gifting newbies CAC or rare trees during Gift&Trade. It's designed to stop me opening an account (or more) which just exists to give your main account stuff while you open an account which does the same for my main account. These extra accounts are boosters because they're used up in order to help a different account get ahead.
I think it would probably also ban people opening accounts so they could send neighbours extra gifts. I know one person who did that but they started playing with the new farm so I can't see it being a problem for them.

• Interaction of several accounts of the same player, if none of them use unauthorized methods/scripts/software to progress in the game.

It is very important for us that you understand that these situations are allowed and will under no circumstances be tracked and/or punished.

Why those situations are not considered as pushing?

In Farmerama, even playing with multiple accounts, you cannot generate significant advantage to the main account. There is a limit to the number of gifts you can send per day, which would mean that to supply the main account consistently, the player needs to be actively playing on all accounts. For that reason, pushing in Farmerama is only characterized when a third party script or software is used to make this boosting possible."

I just want to know about Gift and Trade.
If I have 6 swans on 1 farm can I gift my other farm 2 of them if I want?

 

From the OA it looked like only scripting is pushing, but I am watching the thread as well. Not that I have plan for another farm, there is limits to my insanity.

 

So said every farmer since farms began

G&T was a concern for me too. I have pushed my sanity (with the help of my G-Doe) to its point and have decided to close a farm or two down and want to keep all my hard earned and gifted items.

 

From the new terms and conditions, section 1.2.6

This seems to very clearly rule out Gift&Trade, and also having other farms as neighbours. I would also say that it ruled out selling to other farms you own, since you're probably doing it at a price different to normal market prices in order to transfer CCs or goods between accounts.

I don't trust the rule contradictions.
I would still like confirmation in writing regarding Gift and Trade.

It is very important that you understand that when you do these things above, you do not risk a penalty! These things are allowed Farmerama.

Judging but the statement above I fell confident that G&T is a safe thing to do.

I will be Gifting so that I can close an account. If they baned me, will I guess my farming days will be over ;`( Pray not I really enjoy this game... And adore the people I have made friends with.
