Newbie observation

Hi Willow You have to "eat" the wedding arrangements/bouquets (like you would eat a CAC). This is because the bonus a wedding product gives is florist points, if instead you would use them to level up you would get less points, therefore this option is not available

 

Mir - Perhaps I misunderstood the above quote, but it seemed as if wedding arrangements were going to be used to level up on florist. This is what I was wondering about, since I see the option to improve skills and level up is greyed out if wedding arrangements are selected inside the florist (I'm on level 4 hoping to advance someday to level 5).

 

Willow, go to the florist shop. Click on the Wedding thing of your choice. Click on the lower left square to consume, not the upper right (greyed out) square to upgrade. You can consume an unlimited amount of wedding products to upgrade. As many as you can make or buy in the market. Like Mir said, it's like CAC gives you +2 when you consume it, Wedding products give you upgrade points when you consume it. It's the one with the hand.

 

Of course ! (knocks self on forehead) I wasn't thinking straight! Probably because I got up too early to harvest for the event.

Today it seems most of my neighbours have the same idea and have gifted Hibearnations or Wilsons - I fear I am missing something is there an event or somesuch that needs these, or is it just coincidence?

 

I'm thinking coincidence as I don't know of any reason (event) you would need those items.

 

You can place Wilsons on an unthemed cloud row but not Hibearnations. The only reason I can think of is that they want you to send those gifts to them. The best thing to do would be to ask them why.

 

Thanks for the thoughts, guys. On another point - how did BP get into my bedroom? I got a tortoise pen in the last event, and I swear the sound it makes when you harvest it is the same one I make whenever I have to get up!

 

Just a couple of things that have been freaking me out lately and I wanted to share.

The Bear stable: It's obvious they used the pig stable as a base and did whatever you do to alter the look. However the fact that there is a glitch and I periodically get a pig head bobbing up and down on my screen is bizarre.

The Groovy Daisy: Does anyone else find it really super creepy? I usually use harvester so I've not noticed it before but I manually harvested it earlier today and it gave me chills. Sounds like weird circus music and crazy maniacal clown laughter to me and avoiding it might become the new reason I buy harvester subscriptions.

 

I don't know about the daisy; I have the lily and the choral sound is quite nice - especially when compared to that stupid pogostick scarecrow thing. Hate that stupid laugh - perhaps you have another glitch and your daisy is an amalgam of these two?

 

I didn't know the scarecrows make sound too! I just heard the sound of Cap'n Scarecrow.

 

I was a lookin' at upgrades today and had to stop, I don't remember reading anything on it and yes, things have to fall on me to get "it" but can someone Please tell me the difference between building a Sheep pen Orange and a red? I read both 2 sheep and both 12 hour all I see as difference is EP, is that it? I always thought upgrades cut off time too. Just a oh lookie there not a big deal to know.

And while I am at it, a farmer answered in a thread that they remove the pets before setting stalls out. No I don't remember where I read it but I off hand been looking for a why? I thought pets gave EP + on everything, I'm tired of looking, can someone just please tell me so I can get the thought out of my mind please, the little why is making me question my hitting them pets for everything.

Right now, I am reading events, due to me lacking in this area of knowing. If I may take a short cut here and just ask:
game has:
Trains to take away upgrade and high end stalls(reds pinks)
Spaceships to take crops and trees.
Is there one to take stalls not wanted? The game has one for other things again just a thought. I read where a farmer didn't like the basic stall but wanted the classic 2's only, So what I am asking is like beavers have plain and classic to my thinking, what would someone do if they had plain? Does the game have say a boat to take away stalls not wanted? (those not high end/rare/upgrades)

Just thoughts, things that make me need to know why?

Usually a red stall is faster than the orange, but then there is always the exception to confuse us you are not missing anything here, only difference between orange and red sheep is the EP.

I don't recall reading that someone remove pets before placing stalls, so can't comment on that. But yes the EP bonus pets (owls, crows, dragons and unicorns) also increase EP on stalls

Yes, there is a stable train and a tree train (although it has been a while since we have seen that). I wouldn't ever give the trains red/pink stables (or XXL trees). While it is true that you need some valuable stables (I usually just use stables I can buy with CC though) you can also use yellow stables to fill in small amounts. I have gotten rid of most of my yellow stables (and many XL trees) this way.

Plain stables: I don't know why anyone would want to get rid of those (unless you have more than 128!), you never know when they might come in handy. True, for the classic stables you don't need a base, but beaver breeding may be coming soon, so then the plain ones may come in handy again as bases for upgrades

Ok, I was also wondering what the higher up's did with all the yellows, you's must have tons, I know right now the wheel is in it's yellow faze to me right now... almost as bad as that fuzzle sheep, all I get is 2033 ep...thanks.

I agree about the Groovy Daisy and Cap'n Scarecrow. They both scare me. If you manually harvest fast and click on several different sounding deco items, it's enough to send a chill up the spine!

 

And that is why I have turned my sound off!

 

Coins, EP and Pumpkin jam - I think the Nebulons hate me! (or they are giving all the good stuff to the cute girls!!)

 

But my sound tells me when I have successfully planted, watered, fertilized etc. my crops and pens. If I don't hear the sound effect, I know to go back because my "click" wasn't successful. (Usually because I was moving too fast.) I really dislike harvesting a field only to find one crop square isn't ready because it didn't get watered.
