News pop up

    When I first sign on the news pop up box appears. If I hit X to close it to continue playing it freezes my entire Firefox browser. Nowhere on the browser/game is there a response to a click. I have to control alt delete close Firefox and restart the browser for it to work again and even then it sometimes repeats the freeze. What is causing this total freeze and how can I fix it? It happens to both my desktop and on my laptop. Using Windows 10.

    Hello valn8tor72,

    Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies and also clearing the Flash cache. Also make sure you have the latest version of Flash Player installed. Details can be found in the Troubleshooting FAQ.
