    I have completed the Newtons Birthday task but when I go to the cloud row to try and place the ornaments, it directs me back to the farmers society where the task is no longer visible?

    IpsiDei is correct. The cloud row is awarded in Quest 3.

    So does that mean if a person didn't complete Task One, the cloud row is not available?

    Task One awarded one of the givers that is required to fill the row. You can still get the Cloud row in Quest 3, but you won't be able to fill it. We don't know if the giver will be included in Gift and Trade, but if so, that would be the only way to fill it. If not, it would remain incomplete.

    Oh I didn't complete task one so the cloud row will be useless to me anyway, thanks for your assistance, I don't need any further help.
