    When I went to buy it, it say's:

    After just 7 days,the Night-Mare will be ready to spread her electric wings over your park and Shipwreck Bay. Enjoy her gift of 20 minutes of 20% more EP every 10 hours. What a dream!

    That means this pet is only for Park and Shipwreck Bay???
    If so, what a dumb idea cause I won't buy it then.

    Good question. I think, though, it can only be placed in the parks but effect is on everything on all lands. I'm also wondering if I should buy it. The spread of the thing's wings over the parks is, I guess, related to the fact pets fly over where they are placed and harvested, no matter if the effect is limited or not, as it happens with any other pet I know of.

    Some mod should confirm if effect is on all lands or not.

    I Have Brought it and Placed it in the Park, as it is better off in the Park. I Rather not place it Main Field, Green Meadow or The Glade or The Island, and The field Space is more value to me growing crops, as I already got Owl Pet in Every Field, and Dragon Pet in the Park. These Pets do not give actual EP Rewards such as Hen Pet, Crazy Chicken Pet, etc Which are all placed in my Shipwreck as they give me Bahm EP. This New Pet gives the same effect as Dragon Pet 20% More EP on anything Harvested in 20 Mins but can only used it every 10 Hours. But it only Takes 1x1 field the Dragon Pet Takes a 2x1 Field. So it is bit better then Dragon Pet. I have Hatched this new Pet using an Egg Warmer it only takes an hour to Hatch.

    Do you mean @Mooboy is corrected?
    This means 20% more EP on all fields.

    The Egg can only be placed on Bahamarama or Shipwreck bay. Once activated it gives 20% more EP on all fields for 20 mins.
