No BBs in Gumball pack

    Hello my friendly Mods.
    I bought one of the new and shiny BB Gumball pack XL and while I did get the crate as well as the monkey, owl and cat I didn't get my 600 BBs. I've tried refreshing, logging out and back in, cleared caches, etc but nothing worked. Could you please look into it for me.
